Welcome to TuffTalk. By downloading, accessing, or using the TuffTalk mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

TuffTalk provides an AI-powered conversational simulation and roleplay practice platform designed to assist users in preparing for difficult personal and professional conversations. TuffTalk is an educational and self-improvement tool. It does not provide certified legal, medical, psychiatric, or financial counseling.

2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When using TuffTalk, you agree not to:

• Use the service to generate hate speech, harassment, illegal threats, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model instructions or code of the application.
• Interfere with or disrupt the real-time audio streaming infrastructure or servers.
• Use the application to impersonate real individuals for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

TuffTalk offers optional premium subscriptions providing unlimited practice calls, advanced custom personas, and deep AI feedback analysis.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the TuffTalk application, including UI designs, logos, software, and audio systems, are the exclusive property of TuffTalk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

TuffTalk is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While TuffTalk aims to provide helpful conversational practice, we do not guarantee specific real-world outcomes (such as securing a raise, closing an investment, or winning a dispute).
